I write about wellness.
Spas, retreats and the odd mind-bending experience
I've been rubbed, scrubbed, steamed and once, memorably, guided through a psychedelic retreat in the name of journalism. I write about wellness the way a journalist should – curious, open-minded and honest about what actually works. Destination spas like Ananda in the Himalayas, Tbilisi's sulphur baths, the rise of psychedelic retreats: if it promises to fix you, I'll go and find out.
Wellness brands hire me too. For Kiyumi, a psychedelic retreat startup in Amsterdam, I wrote the document that tied their brand identity together and underpinned it with a tone of voice guide.
