I write about food and drink.
Food and drink journalist and copywriter
I write about food for The Telegraph, OcadoLife and other brands, and I write copy for food and drink businesses. I’ve interviewed Raymond Blanc on British gastronomy, met the brewer who believes a pale ale can change the world and stood in a Cumbrian distillery while someone explained why great gin is mostly about leaving things out. The same rule applies to food writing.
